Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

1. Appointment Booking All appointments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. Accurate client information is required at the time of booking to ensure proper service. 2. Payment Terms Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise stated. A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. 3. Cancellation Policy We require at least 72 hours’ notice for all cancellations requests. Cancellations will be subject to a fee of 50% of the total course. 4. No-Show Policy Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show. 5. Cancellation & No-Show Fee Late cancellations (less than 72 hours’ notice) and no-shows will be charged a fee equal to 50% of the total service charge. This fee must be paid before any future appointments can be booked. 6. Late Arrivals Arriving late may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling. Full service time cannot be guaranteed, and additional fees may apply if rescheduling is required. 7. Membership Program The Build-a-Boss Membership is a 3-month fixed-term program billed at $125 per month. By enrolling, you agree to complete all three payments. The membership automatically ends after the 3-month term, and access to all materials, sessions, and resources will conclude unless otherwise stated. No early cancellation or refunds are permitted. 8. Agreement to Policy By booking an appointment or enrolling in the Build-a-Boss Membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
